Easy booking system. Friendly persons who picked up and delivered car. But won’t be using again as took 45 mins from calling to delivery of car- website says 25 mins. That’s too long to wait.

Greeted as a arranged on time and car was checked over by staff member. Our flight was delayed by two hours on our return so we informed the company by phone and told this would not be a problem. After collecting our luggage the car was returned to us within 25 minutes as promised. The only curious thing was that our car had nearly 30 miles added onto the clock. I taken a photo of the Milage before We left.

Very easy process from start to finish. We waited about 10mins to drop the car offand 5mins to collect. Both of our drivers were very friendly and professional and the car was in perfection condition on collection. Much better than the last asy company we used. Will definitely use again.

I was not impressed with your service. Our flight was delayed because of a Typhoon in Korea. Instead of leaving at 7.30 pm on the 6th of September it was rescheduled to 10am on the 7th. We contacted your firm and told them we would not need our car picking up until the following day. The operator informed us that it would cost us an extra £10 cash for not being picked up on the Friday. I couldn’t understand why as I had already paid in advance for the whole service. We then had to book into an hotel for the night. Our car was collected on Saturday morning . We were given a receipt which had a £10 demand pencilled on to the receipt, I paid the £10 in cash to the driver, much to my disgust. I believe this is a scam by someone in your pickup station. The service was good, the drivers polite and the car fine. I would not use your service again because of this very unprofessional behaviour.
