I arrived back yesterday morning to discover that my key fob had been damaged by your employees which meant my car would not start. The rubber part of the key fob was missing which meant to car did not recognise that the smart key was present. After numerous phone calls made by my husband you eventually managed to get the car started. We then had a 236 mile journey back to Scotland with the error message on the dash board saying the smart key was not present. This is completely unacceptable as nobody wants to take responsibility for the damage that has happened to my key fob when it was fully intact once the car was handed over. I am looking for you to point me in the direction of your complaints department as I will now need to have this key fob replaced by Land Rover. I look forward to your speedy response.

Very efficient collection of car at T5 by a very friendly man, waited no more than 5 mins for them to arrive. I had a flight delay on the way home with my flight landing at 11.35pm instead of 10.45pm. When I rang the company they told me they looked gates and would not be able to deliver car if I wasn’t out of the terminal by midnight. This is not clear on the website or receipt paperwork following the collection of the car. I was lucky and made it just before the closed. In fairness they did do their best to get my car to me when I landed but I did make sure I was seated at the front of the plane for landing, then ran to make it on time. Apart from the that the guys were super friendly & my car was returned as I left it. My friend parked with a similar company and when she rang at 11.45pm they had shut the compound meaning they had to taxi home and incur a £100 taxi fee.
